Steven Spielberg is making his return to horror in 2020. The Hollywood Reporter revealed that the renowned director is set to be a part of an experimental series titled Spielberg After Dark, which will run on Jeffrey Karzenberg’s Quibi.

“Steven Spielberg came in and said, ‘I have a super scary story,'” Katzenberg announced yesterday. “But he said, ‘I only want people to watch it at midnight. It’s a creepy idea and when they watch it, I want it to be creepier.'”
Spielberg After Dark will be split up into 12 to 14 videos, and will only be available for users after sunset, based on their geographical location. Get ready horror lovers, Spielberg has returned to the dark side.
