Star of ‘Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard has formed a new band called the Aubreys just weeks after Calpurnia split up.
Earlier this month, Wolfhard had announced the band Calpurnia were splitting up. The four-member Canadian band was formed in 2017, and announced the split on Instagram. In a statement, they wrote, “It’s bittersweet to share this news, but we want to let you know that our time playing together as Calpurnia has come to an end. We are extremely grateful for the support we’ve received over the past few years. What seemed to us like an unimaginable reality came to be, and we have been thrilled to share the ride with you.”
'The Turning' soundtrack also features new tracks from Kim Gordon, Mitski, Soccer Mommy, Empress Of, Vagabon, Cherry Glazerr, and more.

Very little is known about Wolfhard’s new band, however, they will be featured on the soundtrack for the horror film The Turning, which stars Wolfhard and Mackenzie Davis. The track by his new band is called “Getting Better (otherwise).”
The Turning will be released in theatres on January 20th.
