‘Stranger Things’ unveils season 3 episode titles, details forthcoming ‘Pokémon Go’-style mobile game

Season 3 is set for release on July 4

Stranger Things is set to return with its third season next month, and now they have released the episode titles and detailed the forthcoming Pokémon Go-style mobile game.

The trailer, which came out in March, shows the kids growing up, struggling to keep their friend group together, and spooky supernatural occurrences. Now, Netflix has given us some more clues about the mysterious forthcoming season, by unveiling episode titles like “Suzie, Do You Copy?,” “The Bite,” and “The Battle of Starcourt.”

Additionally, at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), Netflix detailed that their forthcoming Pokémon Go-style mobile game will be created by Next Games, and it will be a location-based puzzle RPG, according to Polygon. The game will be designed in “the style of an 80s Saturday morning cartoon,” according to a press release from the game developer.
 


The game is set to be integrated with Google Maps, allowing players to “explore The Upside Down hidden around them in their daily travels and work with fellow fans to fight back its emerging evils,” using “location-based mechanics,” much like Pokémon Go.
