Pixies have dropped their seventh studio album, Beneath the Eyrie.

The Tom Dalgety-produced album was recorded at Dreamland Recordings, which is near Woodstock, New York. Beneath the Eyrie was inspired by the studio’s eerie surroundings, as its located within a remote, converted church, and according to a statement, the 12 tracks contain “tales of witches, Daniel Boone, misfits, and other characters that fit utterly into the band’s inherent weirdness.”
