Stream: The Weeks share new covers album ‘Inside The Covers’

The Mississippi rockers cover Billie Eilish, David Bowie, Shania Twain, more

Mississippi rock outfit The Weeks have shared a new covers album called Inside The Covers.

“Over the last 15 years, we’ve always been focused on a live set made entirely of original songs,” The Weeks explain. “Growing up in Mississippi there were so many cover bands that we vowed to never lean on cover songs to fill a set. Our fans have long requested a myriad of covers, so when 2020 forced us to the livestream venue and those fans kept us afloat in these weird times, we vowed to play an entire show of cover songs and Inside The Covers was born.”

The album sees The Weeks covering Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy,” David Bowie’s “Moonage Daydream,” Shania Twain’s “Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under?,” and more!
