Sweaty, disgraced Papa John’s founder says he ate 40 pizzas in 30 days

First interview since he was forced out of the company

Papa John’s former CEO John Schnatter appeared in an interview WDRB News, his first interview since he was removed from the company in July of 2018. Schnatter appeared sweaty, taking shots at Papa John’s board of directors members Olivia Kirtley and Mark Shapiro, who he says should both be in jail.

Schnatter was forced to resign from Papa John’s after he used the n-word during a conference call. The former CEO says a day of reckoning is coming, and that the truth shall set him free. He refused to elaborate on those comments, but let’s not lose sight of the most bonkers thing he said in the interview.

Schnatter, in an effort to prove that Kirtley and Shapiro have destroyed the product chain that he built, said “I’ve had over 40 pizzas in the last 30 days. And it’s not the same pizza. It’s not the same product. It just doesn’t taste as good.”

Listen, pizza is one of humankind’s greatest inventions. But nobody should be wolfing down 40 pies in 30 days.

It’s no wonder Schnatter appears to be comprised of 90 per cent sweat in this interview… dude’s been eating 1.3 pizzas per day for a month!
