The City of Toronto has launched a new online map that helps locals and visitors explore the extravagant street art spanning across the city.
The digital map shows a sample of murals created through the StreetARToronto initiative, which is aimed at reducing graffiti-based vandalism. The map, created through a partnership between the initiative and Civic Hall Toronto, highlights the artist and arts organization behind the paintings, and explains the stories and themes behind every piece.

In addition to the map, the city is launching a new online funding application portal that aims to make it both faster and easier for local artists to apply for funding from StreetARToronto. Check out the map in full here.
