The Cure’s Robert Smith, Jeff Tweedy, Kim Gordon, more to perform at 24 Hour Improv benefit livestream

It runs from tonight at 8:00 p.m. to tomorrow at 8:00 p.m.

Comedy and music benefit 24 Hour Improv, which has been running since 2002, has announced its lineup for 2020, and it sees artists like The Cure’s Robert Smith, Jeff Tweedy, and Kim Gordon leading the lineup.

The event is in support of Onward Neighborhood House’s Letters To Santa program, which fulfills children’s Christmas wish lists and provides them with computers, and their parents with tablets. The event usually takes place at Chicago’s Second City, but this year it’s going virtual from December 22nd at 8:00 p.m. to December 23rd at 8:00 p.m.
 

 
24 Hour Improv is set to feature renowned acts like Will Oldham, Bill Callahan,Sleaford Mofs, New Pornographer’s AC Newman, Glen Hansard, John Darnielle, and more. It’s also set to see sets from comedians like Fred Armisen, Vanessa Bayer, Chris Redd, Ego Nwodim, and more.
