Looks like Jack White’s next music endeavor will be with the Dead Weather. Last week White’s record label, Third Man Records, tweeted out a photo of The Dead Weather in Nashville:

White told Rolling Stone, “all The Raconteurs and all The Dead Weather live in Nashville now, so we often go on trips together, because we’re all just good pals. We’ve recorded some things, too.”
The Dead Weather are a blues-rock band from Nashville made up of lead singer Alison Mosshart (The Kills), lead guitarist Dean Fertita (Queens of the Stone Age), bassist Jack Lawrence (The Raconteurs), and Jack White (The White Stripes) primarily on the drums. The band released back-to-back albums in 2009/2010 and toured extensively but has not done anything together since then as all the members returned to their “day job” bands.
Keep your ears and eyes open for new material in the near future.
