The Dirty Nil, Sloan, Whitehorse, and more artists are set to play at an all-ages benefit concert and celebration of life for Jon Box.
The event, which takes place on Saturday, February 8th at The Opera House, will see all net proceeds going toward the Unison Benevolent Fund and Dr. Jay Children’s Grief Centre. The Unison Benevolent Fund is a non-profit, registered charity that offers counselling and emergency relief services to those within the Canadian music community, and Dr. Jay Children’s Grief Centre offers counselling and support of children who are going through loss.
