Jack White is shaking up the way we think about music again, as his band the Raconteurs are set to release a 3-inch single on Record Store Day, which seems to require a special Crosley turntable to play them.
Record Store Day, which takes place on April 13th, revealed the news and an image of the record and turntable in a Facebook post. If you look closely you can see that the tiny little record is for the song “Store Bought Bones,” which was featured on 2006’s Broken Boy Soldiers.
This isn’t Jack White’s first 3-inch records. In 2005 he released a miniature record player with the White Stripes called a “Triple Inchophone,” accompanied with several 3-inches.
