TIFF Announces First Batch of Films for 2017 Festival

The Toronto International Film Festival unveiled its first slate of films set to be screened in September. New films from directors Guillermo del Toro, David Gordon Green, Angelina Jolie, George Clooney, and Darren Aronofsky were announced for the festival on Tuesday.

The Tragically Hip documentary Long Time Running, directed by Jennifer Baichwal and Nicholas de Pencier, was also announced for the festival’s gala opening.
