Toronto Adventures to host floating concerts you can watch from a boat this summer

Maintain social distancing and embark on a scenic ride along the river

Boat rental company Toronto Adventures is set to host some floating concerts this summer, where you can watch from …(checks notes)… a boat?

Located in King’s Mill Park, you can pick a performance you’d like to check out online and then head to the Humber Paddling Centre by Old Mill subway station, where you’ll be able to rent a boat and enjoy some live music, comedy, or magic.

Throughout the summer from June 18th to October 15th, Toronto Adventures will be hosting nine concerts, including artists like Chris Caddell, Kalila Badali, and more.

Being on a boat not only means that you’ll get to embark on a scenic paddle down the river before the dockside show, but you’ll have a pretty easy time maintaining social distance.

You can rent a single boat for $40, a tandem kayak for $70, or two and three-seater canoes for $70 and $90 respectively.

If you own a kayak or canoe already, you can just purchase a $10 ticket for the show.
