Believe it or not, the age of a child who can play paintball in Ontario varies from business to business. For example, at Delta Force, they allow children to be eight years old to play their paintball fields.

At GoPlayPaintball, they require the minimum age of all players to be 10 years old on the day of play. And at Ultimate Paintball in Milton, kids 12 and older can play paintball.

We recommend that you call or check out the website of the paintball place you’re headed to, just to make sure you have the right info. Wouldn’t want anyone to be disappointed!

Recommended Gear For Paintball

The main thing you want to keep in mind is to expose as little skin as possible when playing paintball. The paintballs can really sting, so you’re best to cover up as much of your body as you possibly can. It’s best to wear a jumper, hoodie, or even a long-sleeved t-shirt in the least.

You’ll want to wear close-toed shoes that will help you run around a lot. Stay right away from sandals, or anything that will give you blisters. There’s lot of activity going on in paintball Toronto-style, so make sure you’re ready!

In addition to what you’re wearing, there’s also a lot of gear to consider. However, you don’t really need to worry about that. As a beginner, you can rent gear wherever you go to paintball. The gear is generally included in the price.

How Easy Is It To Clean Your Clothes After Paintball?

It’s actually quite easy to remove the paint from your clothes after paintballing. Make sure to set your washer to the highest setting in temperature, so the heat can work extra hard on any stains. It’s really as simple as that: toss your paintball gear in the washer with some detergent, and you should be good to go.

Defcon Paintball Gear

Defcon is the #1 paintball equipment store in Canada. They offer tactical gear from guns, masks and goggles, and harnesses all the way to smoke grenades, gear bags, and gel blasters.

Believe it or not, you can even get a double barrel paintball shotgun powered by 12g of CO2 which is located in the pistol grip. It holds two .68 caliber paintballs, one in each barrel. If that’s not bad*ss paintballing, we don’t know what is.
