A van with up to 16 dogs inside was stolen this morning at 11:30. A dog walker was loading the van, and while his back was turned, a 6 foot, 200 pound man with wavy blonde hair past his ears jumped in and drove off.
The missing van is a Ford Econoline with the license plate AM 34530.
