The Velvet Underground is scary enough year-round. Imagine what it’s like when promoters actually make an effort to scare? This year’s theme is based around the ever-loving 80s – a fantastic era of frightful style and A+ horror films—inspired by Netflix’s current phenomenon “Stranger Things”. Those lucky enough to snag tickets are encouraged to dress up as their favourite 80s villain and dance the night away to a soundtrack of vintage jams.
