Here’s something to look forward to in 2018. Toronto’s skating path beneath the Gardiner will open on January 6, 2018 at 11 a.m. The Bentway announced the opening via Twitter. The path will stretch 220 metres between June Callwood Park and the Fort York Visitor’s Centre.
The Bentway will host a grand opening that will feature live entertainment, art, concessions, and more. Like most of the city’s outdoor rinks, the Bentway trail under the Gardiner is expected to be open until March.
