Two Arrests Made at Bonnaroo for Over $30K Worth of Drugs

Deputies were tipped off about a drug-packed vehicle

On Friday, two arrests were made in regards to a car that was found to be stacked with over $30,000 worth of drugs at the Tennessee festival.

After allegedly being tipped off by a group of festival campers, deputies from the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department conducted a search of the reported vehicle after obtaining a search warrant. Contents found during a search included numerous bags of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, over a pound of mushrooms, 11 pills of Molly, 11 pills of Ecstasy, and a half-gram of ketamine, totaling an expected street value of $30,000, according to a report done by the Tennessean.

The charges that were laid include manufacturing, delivering, selling and possession of controlled substances.
