Martina Topley-Bird has joined forces with Mark Lanegan and Warpaint in a haunting cover of The xx’s “Crystalized.” Lanegan’s smoky vocals fill the role of xx member Oliver Sim, while Topley-Bird stands in for Romy Madley Croft in a perfect pairing for this hypnotizing track. No. 19 Music released the three-way collab this week with five other “Crystalized” reworkings on vinyl. The digital version of the “Crystalized” compilation will be available on October 7.
