Even though this year’s festival has been postponed because of the spread of COVID-19, the Coachella: 20 Years in the Desert documentary is still set to drop on April 10th, the day the festival was going to kick off. Today, we’ve gotten a new trailer for the forthcoming documentary.
“Everybody knows what Coachella is,” Billie Eilish says over footage of her headlining set last year. “Even if you don’t care about music you know.” The three-and-a-half-minute trailer then features clips of Jimmy Kimmel, Family Guy, and President Obama talking about the festival before launching into a montage of performances from renowned acts like Travis Scott, Madonna, Paul McCartney, Radiohead, and, of course, Beyoncé.
