Donald Glover and Rihanna’s forthcoming flick Guava Island, which was shot last year, is set for release on Amazon Prime this weekend. Shortly after Childish Gambino’s headlining set at Coachella comes to a halt, the movie will be made available to subscribers, according to Vanity Fair.
The announcement comes after <em>Guava Island advertisements, featuring audio from Glover himself, started appearing on Spotify playlists. Now, a teaser for the movie has appeared over night on Amazon Prime, which describes Guava Island as a “Tropical thriller” about a “local musician determined to throw a festival for everyone to enjoy.”
