While gearing up for the release of Such Pretty Forks in the Road, Alanis Morissette has taken to The Late Late Show with James Corden to deliver the television debut performance of “Diagnosis.”
Morissette performed while social distancing, playing “Diagnosis” from her own home, accompanied by a pianist who performed from his own quarantine space. The track, which was released in April, revolves around the stigma surrounding mental illness, as Morissette delivers lines like, “I’ve not left the house in a while/ I’ve not felt a glimpse of ease.”

Such Pretty Forks in the Road drops on July 31st.
