Watch: Anya Taylor-Joy stars in trailer for Edgar Wright’s forthcoming psychological thriller ‘Last Night in Soho’

'Last Night in Soho' arrives on October 22

A first trailer for Edgar Wright’s new film Last Night in Soho is here.

The clip sees Thomasin McKenzie as the fashion-obsessed Eloise, who travels backwards through time to the 1960s, where she encounters her idol Sandy (Anya Taylor-Joy), who at the time was a wannabe singer.

Soundtracked to an ominous rendition of “Downtown,” the trailer comes packed with dark, ominous clips that make it difficult for Eloise to keep in touch with reality. As the clip gets progressively more and more eerie, we hear a voice over ask, “Do you believe in ghosts?”

Last Night in Soho marks Wright’s first fictional film since the release of Baby Driver back in 2017.
