Beck and Cage The Elephant have dropped a new video for their collaborative track, “Night Running,” and it sees the pair entering into a retro computer simulated world.

Ahead of their forthcoming co-headlining tour, the artists have released a video created with analog technology for their Social Cues track. The Jennifer Juniper Stratford-directed clip sees Cage and Beck getting transported into a distorted neon world as they sing along to the track in front of glitchy animations.

“For ‘Night Running’, I wanted to create a realm where a super computer that hosts a simulation program that creates a series of artificial worlds,” Stratford explained in a statement. “While Beck would appear to live within the software as a master control, while Matt would be transported to different worlds and new identities leaving him to question what is real.”
