Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas talk the making of “bad guy” in a new interview with Rolling Stone.
Eilish and Finneas outline how the track was pieced together over an entire year before the pair picked it back up to write the WHEN WE ALL FALL ASLEEP, WHERE DO WE GO? hit. The making of “bad guy” was extremely meticulous, from the harmonies in the track all the way down to how “duh” is pronounced.
“Do you hear how exact every single letter is,” Eilish says in the clip. “Like, white shirt. I’m very, very hard on myself.”
