Watch: Billie Eilish drops creepy video for new track ‘bury a friend,’ announces debut album

'When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?' is set for release on March 29

Billie Eilish has released another mildly disturbing video with the release of “bury a friend.” The new track comes off of Eilish’s debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, which is set for release on March 29th.

The eerie album artwork is inspired by the singer’s horror movie obsession, and that theme seems to trickle into the tracks on the record. The new single, “bury a friend,” definitely reflects this maniacal theme that’s set to control the songs, with a disorienting melody and suitably off-putting accompanying video, this rad track will definitely give you the heebie jeebies.

Watch the video for “bury a friend” below.

17-year-old Eilish wrote, produced, and recorded the entirety of When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? with her brother Finneas in their childhood home. Previous singles “you should see me in a crown” and “when the party’s over” will also be featured on the 17-song record.
