Watch: Bleachers share video for new track ‘Stop Making This Hurt,’ announce forthcoming album

'Take The Sadness Out Of Saturday Night' is set for release on July 30

Jack Antonoff has announced a new Bleachers album called Take The Sadness Out Of Saturday Night, which is set for release on July 30th via RCA. As part of the announcement, the band has shared a video for their new track called “Stop Making This Hurt.”

The new track follows Bleachers’ two singles from last year, “Chinatown” and “45,” which are both on the forthcoming album. Now, “Stop Making This Hurt” serves as a bouncier, synth-driven pop rock anthem, as Antonoff delivers lines like, “Stop making this hurt/ Say goodbye like you mean it.”

The accompanying video follows an Antonoff-led dance, which breaks out in the middle of a retro diner in a sort of mini flash mob.
