Watch: Blink-182 celebrate Halloween with cover of the Misfits’ ‘Skulls’

They stayed quite true to the original rowdy tune

Pop-punk outfit Blink-182 celebrated Halloween this week by performing a cover of the Misfits’ “Skulls” at the KROQ Halloween Costume Ball in Los Angeles.

Decked out in their own versions of Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker, the band jammed out to the rowdy track as frontman Matt Skiba assumed the role of Glenn Danzig. With a rowdy guitar line, rapid fire drums, and gritty, wailing vocals, Blink-182 stayed pretty true to the original track with their spooky rendition.
