Blood Orange opened up his Sunday set at Coachella with a cover of Neil Young’s Harvest hit, “Heart of Gold.”
Frontman Devonté Hynes added his own twist to the folk-rock tune, bringing in two backing vocalists for a powerful, yet vulnerable rendition of the 1972 track. Hynes crooned the infamous lyrics atop beautifully imperfect acoustic guitar lines, bringing a textured twist to the legendary tune.
