So far we’ve been given a couple tracks from the upcoming Broken Bells LP, After The Disco, which hits stores February 4th through Columbia records. The first single “Holding On For Life” and the title track “After The Disco” gave us a feel for what sounds to be an upbeat Bee Gees-esque kind of album. Now the duo have shared a slower cut from the forthcoming record called “The Changing Lights”. The song is performed in a piano store in Paris, while James Mercer strums an acoustic guitar and Burton tinkers around on the piano. Who knows if this is what the song will sound like on the album, but it’s a solid use of your 5 minutes none the less.
