Carrie Brownstein is a woman of MANY talents. She’s one of the frontwoman of the Washington rock group Sleater-Kinney, co-star of the sketch comedy show Portlandia and now a published author.
Brownstein made an appearance this week on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to promote her new memoir Hunger Makes Me A Modern Girl. While the entire interview hasn’t yet been made available in Canada, you can take a look at the video in the player above where the two discuss Brownstein’s transition from music to comedy, and whether or not she’s “cool”.
