Watch: Casual Vice share video for new single ‘Antihero’

Their forthcoming EP is set for release in early 2021

While gearing up for the release of their forthcoming EP that drops in early 2021, Southern California outfit Casual Vice have shared a video for their new single “Antihero.”

The new track was inspired by the duality of our strengths and weaknesses, and how that makes us human. “Juxtaposition and duality are interesting me,” songwriter Kyle Krone explains. “I’m attracted to the antihero. This song was all stream-of-consciousness, it was an exercise in getting out of my own way.”

The new track comes packed with a catchy, anthemic instrumental line beneath silky, lo-fi vocals. The accompanying video for the track showcases antiheroes throughout history, as lines like, “I got nothing left to hide/ I don’t care anymore,” flash across the screen.
