Celebrities like Daniel Radcliffe, David Beckham, Dakota Fanning, and more are set to read chapters of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone out loud while social distancing.
Radcliffe kicked the series off by reading Chapter One, “The Boy Who Lived.” The Harry Potter star’s reading goes over when baby Potter gets left on his aunt and uncle’s doorstep, as Radcliffe reads renowned lines like, “Mr. and Mrs. Dursley, of number four, Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much.”
All 17 chapters of the book will be released every week until mid summer, and it will be available on both Spotify and the Harry Potter at Home website.
