Watch: Death Cab for Cutie share socially distanced cover of TLC’s ‘Waterfalls’ for ‘Kimmel’

The cover was originally released as part of their 'Georgia EP'

Death Cab for Cutie took to Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night (January 26th) where they delivered a socially distanced cover of TLC’s “Waterfalls.”

Ben Gibbard and co. originally shared a cover of the track as part of their Georgia EP, which is a collection of covers by artists from Georgia in support of the Democrats’ victory in the state’s runoff elections. Death Cab originally shared the EP on Bandcamp in December, raising a whopping $100,000 for Stacey Abrams’ Fair Fight organization.

Death Cab for Cutie performed the 1994 hit from their homes, adding an indie twist to the R&B anthem.
