Watch: Destroyer releases music video for new single ‘Cue Synthesizer’

Canadian indie rock band Destroyer has released a new single “Cue Synthesizer,” which comes accompanied by a music video. This is the third single for their upcoming album Have We Met, following the singles “Crimson Tide” and “It Just Doesn’t Happen.”

The dark, gloomy video features raincoat-clad people wrapping various items in plastic wrap within a dark warehouse, intercut with shots of plastic-wrapped trees and bushes in desolate suburbs. Early in the video, singer-songwriter Dan Bejar sings from a plastic-wrapped car, later walking through the warehouse, now warmly-lit.
