Watch: Ellis releases nostalgic, self-reflective music video for ‘Something Blue’

Hamilton-based artist Ellis has just dropped a nostalgic, self-reflective new music video for her shoegaze track, “Something Blue.”

The gloomy, guitar-driven tune is spacey and ambient as frontwoman Linnea Siggelkow’s vocals fill the air around you, which fits the accompanying dark, melancholic video perfectly. The Justin Singer-directed video is drenched in rich blues and vibrant greens as Siggelkow and co. pose in different locations in Hamilton, standing devoid of emotion despite what’s going on around them.
