FKA twigs performed her track “Cellophane” at the NME Awards, an annual awards show that takes place in London, England. The track comes off her second album, Magdalene, which was released this past November.
FKA twigs gave a soulful 8-minute rendition of the song, where she was accompanied by a pianist and a cellist. During the performance, she stood in the center under a red-lit backdrop, where she would sometimes dance to the instrumentals of the piano and cello. FKA twigs gave an emotional and passionate performance.
