Florists’ Emily Sprague has released a new album Emily Alone, and just like the title, it’s filled with songs written by Emily in her new Los Angeles home. “Shadow Bloom” is a soft and reflective tune that comes accompanied by a newly released music video.
Directed by Carley Solether, the video was filmed in Sprague’s home and comes packed with clips of simple living, from her cutting a tangerine to playing guitar on her bed. The song is “a meditation on the mundanity and stillness of life” Sprague explained in statement, and the video clearly embodies her vision.
