Watch: Foo Fighters celebrate 25th anniversary with new documentary ‘Times Like Those’

In celebration of their 25th anniversary, the Foo Fighters have shared a new documentary called Times Like Those.

The new film definitely comes with a twist, as instead of reflecting via old photographs and voiceovers, it sees the band sitting in a projection room and just roasting themselves. In fact, it even opens with a scrolling Star Wars-style text, reading, “A long time ago in a recording studio far, far away…”

“Undaunted, we did what so many others have done throughout the collective pause and made most of silence, sitting down together and using this time for contemplation, growth, and an honest assessment of who we are as seen through the lens of who we’ve been; the bad fashion decisions, questionable facial hair, and, to be fair, a pretty respectable collection of guitars,” the opener continues.

The Foo Fighters are set to release their 10th studio album, Medicine at Midnight, on February 5th.
