Watch: Frightened Rabbit release short film about tribute album ‘Tiny Changes’

Ben Gibbard, Sarah Silverman, Manchester Orchestra, more discuss recording process

Atlantic Records released Tiny Changes last month as a tribute to Frightened Rabbit’s Scott Hutchison, as artists like Julien Baker, Ben Gibbard, Sarah Silverman, and more covered songs from their 2008 LP The Midnight Organ Fight. The songs were recorded in early 2018 before Frightened Rabbit’s lead singer Scott Hutchison took his own life last May.

Now, a documentary about the making of Tiny Changes is premiering today. The documentary features interviews with the artists who appear on the album, and also talks about the charity that has been set up in Hutchison’s memory. The charity, Tiny Changes, was set up by Hutchison’s family and bandmates. The charity aims to support and give children and youth who are struggling with mental health issues, a voice.
