This weekend, James Blake held a “piano improv concert,” which featured an incredibly fragile cover of Nirvana’s “Come As You Are.”
The hour long performance was streamed on Instagram, and a fan requested a “soft cover” of the Nirvana track. Donations collected during the virtual event benefited The Loveland Foundation, which supports communities of color, especially Black women and girls.
