Watch: Jimmy Eat World’s Jim Adkins shares new video podcast featuring blink-182’s Mark Hoppus

They talk about songwriting processes

Jimmy Eat World frontman Jim Adkins has shared the first episode of his new video podcast series Pass Through Frequencies.

In the podcast, he interviews fellow musicians about their songwriting processes, in addition to everything that’s been going on this year. The debut episode featured special guest Mark Hoppus of blink-182.

“We worked with [producer and Drive Like Jehu drummer Mark Trombino] because you guys worked with him and we loved the way your album sounded,” Hoppus explains to Adkins. “So much of blink-182 is influenced by Jimmy Eat World.”
