Watch: King Krule releases video for new track ‘Alone, Omen 3’

'Man Alive!' drops February 21st

King Krule has released a music video for the new track “Alone, Omen 3” ahead of his fourth studio album Man Alive!, out February 21st.

The gloomy video starts out with Krule standing among a crowd of people, some pushing to get through, others staring into the distance lifelessly. Later, Krule dances in front of funhouse mirrors, intercut with clips of people talking on cellphones, resembling a digital dystopia. With lyrics like “The ache and thunder in the storms of your mind/Soak it in, for the rain will pass in time,” the video’s rainy, dark aesthetic compliments the song perfectly.

“I felt like I had gotten out of a dark place, and I was on a high. I appreciated the depression… but I also liked how I felt better in the here and now,” said Krule in a statement.
