Last night, Lana Del Rey performed at the Hollywood Bowl where she shared the stage with various artists, including Chris Issak, Sean Ono Lennon, Jack Antonoff, Adam Cohen, Weyes Blood, Zella Day, and The Neighbourhood’s Jesse Rutherford.
Del Rey did a duet of “Wicked Game” with Issak. The pair’s vocals complemented each other, with Del Rey doing whispery backup vocals, and the pair singing the chorus note together. Watch fan footage of the performance below.
Jack Antonoff also shared the stage with Del Rey. Antonoff produced most of her album Norman F*cking Rockwell, and together they performed “Hope is a Dangerous Thing,” with Antonoff playing the piano and Del Rey providing the vocals. Rock Legend John Lennon’s son, Sean Ono Lennon, also joined Del Rey and together they sang “Tomorrow Never Came,” their duet from Del Rey’s 2017 album Lust For Life.
Leonard Cohen’s son also made an appearance on stage. Adam Cohen joined Del Rey, and together they sang “Chelsea Hotel No. 2,” a song by Leonard Cohen himself.
Before the opening of the show Del Ray shared a video of her covering Joni Mitchell’s “For Free” with singer-songwriters Weyes Blood and Zella Day. Last night, the pair joined her on stage and the three of them sang the song on stage. They sat down for the rendition, dangling their feet in a little pool.
Lastly, Del Ray was joined on stage by The Neighbourhood frontman Jesse Rutherford. Together, the pair sang a duet of Del Ray’s 2015 single, “Daddy Issues.”
