Local Natives are back at it again with a video for their groovy new track “Cafe Amarillo.”
The new tune marks their first release since 2016’s Sunlit Youth, and it revolves around a catchy guitar line, bouncy piano chords, and the band’s distinctive vocal harmonies. The upbeat tune comes accompanied by a Van Alpert directed video, as Local Natives play the track in the middle of a deserted mountain range. The colours of the clip are beautifully desaturated, and the video sees giant screens, expansive landscapes, and the five piece driving on a picturesque highway.
