“Your Life Is A Lie” is the lead single off MGMT’s forthcoming album. The video is anything but subtle, with sharp cuts to a long cast of eccentric characters including a crying rock, skeletons, a giant squirrel, Henry Winkler, and a hippie eating a banana. This is the second time Ben Goldwasser and Andrew VanWyngarden (MGMT) have worked with director Tom Kuntz – he also directed MGMT’s video for “Congratulations.”
