Watch: Mogwai return with video for new track ‘Dry Fantasy,’ announce forthcoming album ‘Dry Fantasy’

'As the Love Continues' is set for release on February 19, 2021

Mogwai have announced their forthcoming album As the Love Continues, which is set for release February 19th, 2021. As part of the announcement, they’ve shared a video for the album’s lead single “Dry Fantasy.”

The new album marks the follow-up to Mogwai’s 2017 album Every Country’s Sun, and it was recorded in Worcestershire, England. With contributions from Atticus Ross and Colin Stetson, As the Love Continues, is set to arrive 25 years after the release of Mogwai’s debut single “Tuner”/”Lower.”

Mogwai’s Stuart Braithwaite says that he hopes the album will be transportive “unless you are somewhere really amazing and then why are you listening to some weird music like this?”
