We know there will be a new album from Spoon this year, but it’s just a matter of when. Last week the band took to their Twitter account to enlighten us with this quick message:

Along with the tweet, the group also posted a 26 second video with what appears to be a clip from a song off their upcoming release. Never before has 26 seconds been this exciting.
Spoon is also coming to Toronto for NXNE this June.
