Watch: PUP Share “If This Tour Doesn’t Kill You, I Will”

The Toronto punk rockers are back

After an unfortunate diagnosis it was unclear if PUP would stop producing new music, but we now have solid proof that they aren’t going anywhere.

Vocalist Stefan Babcock was diagnosed by his doctor with a hemorrhaging cyst on his vocal chords. In reference to PUP’s huge musical success, his doctor told him “The dream is over.” The diagnosis didn’t shake the bands motivation as they just announced an upcoming album, tour and released a new music video.

The album is fittingly titled The Dream Is Over and will be out on May 27th.

Following up the release of DVP a few weeks back, the band has shared a new track called “If This Tour Doesn’t Kill You, I Will.” Highlighting the strain constant touring puts on the friendship of a band, the accompanied video has the foursome brutally injuring each other in what could be a very realistic interpretation of their actual daydreams. Watch the video in the player above.
