Following the release of Remind Me Tomorrow, Sharon Van Etten has celebrated the album with her debut on Austin City Limits. Now, the festival has released exclusive web videos of Van Etten performing “Everytime the Sun Comes Up” and a cover of Sinead O’Connor’s “Black Boys on Mopeds.”
While Van Etten’s six-song set primarily consisted of highlights from her recently released album, Van Etten performed more tracks for the live crowd that were not included in her episode, which also featured Lucy Dacus. Van Etten’s performance of her very own Are We There track sees her delivering the powerful tune with the full band backing her up, while Van Etten performed the O’Conner cover on her own at her piano.
Watch Van Etten perform “Every Time the Sun Comes Up” and O’Connor’s “Black Boys on Mopeds” below.
